Frequently asked questions

What does an AI solution cost?

It depends on the problem, the scope and the tools you already use. A defined pilot for one process sits in a different price band than a full production system with multiple integrations, monitoring and audit trails. We work with fixed pilot prices for scope-bound projects and hourly rates for open-ended ones. How long does an AI implementation take?

We almost always start with one defined use case rather than a platform project. A first working version typically goes live in two to four weeks with a limited user group. Full rollout to the whole organisation follows only after we have measured that it works. An AI Quickscan upfront, via our AI strategy, helps pick the right use case before we start building. A working solution in production delivers more value than a big roadmap that ships something in six months.

Do you work with our existing tools and systems?

In most cases yes. We work daily with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Teamleader), accounting packages (Exact, Twinfield, AFAS, Yuki), email (Outlook, Gmail), document platforms (SharePoint, Drive, Dropbox), telephony (RingCentral, Twilio, Aircall) and chat platforms (WhatsApp Business, Intercom). If a system has an API we integrate directly. If not, we work through Zapier, Make, n8n or as a last resort controlled browser automation. We always start with a short technical check so we know upfront whether an integration can be robust, or whether a workaround is needed.

Are your solutions AI Act and GDPR compliant?

Yes, that is our default. We build audit trails by default: every agent or automation decision is recorded with input, output, model version, timestamp and any human approval. For applications that may fall into a high-risk AI Act category, such as recruitment or credit scoring, we deliver an extended compliance file. For GDPR-sensitive data we offer EU-only or on-premise deployment, with providers that contractually guarantee your data is not used for training. For the broader context see AI Act.

Who is responsible for maintenance after delivery?

You decide. We deliver documentation by default so you can make small adjustments internally. For clients who want to keep us as their extended development team, we have maintenance subscriptions covering monitoring, prompt tuning and small changes. For clients who prefer to be independent after the build phase, we stay involved by default for three months for unexpected issues, then hand over fully. Both models work; the choice depends on how technical your team is and how much change is happening in your processes.
