Build locally, think globally
We work from Middelburg for clients in the Netherlands, Europe and the US. The distance to decision makers is shorter here, the tools are the same for everyone. A good idea plus a working internet connection is enough to build something that runs anywhere.
Give a fishing rod, not a fish
Avoid client lock-in where we can. A well-built system should empower the client, not lock them into an hourly rate. So we transfer knowledge, document the work and pick tools the client can manage themselves.
Infrastructure first, then results
We do not start with a dashboard or a chatbot. We start with the flow: which data comes in, which output should go out, where is the friction today. Only then do we build the tool. Otherwise you build something that works on a prototype and breaks the moment it has to run for real.
